Nexigo Webcam Review: Desgin

Nexigo Webcam is a pretty tiny device, which makes it portable, with dimensions of 3,62 x 4,86 x 2,36 inch, and of much better build quality than the Campark Webcam.

The Nexigo 1080P Webcam comes with a webcam cover, a feature the Wansview Webcam lacks.

Nexigo Webcam Review: Performance

FOV: 90 degrees | Resolution 1080p |  Framerate: 60fps

The Nexigo Webcam resolution up to 1080p support at 60fps. At first, I was impressed with the frame rate options and performance in moderate/low light and saw the value right away. I managed to get hold of the sacred C920 from Logitech and decided to compare. The C920 out of the box was washed out, blurred, and the 60 frames per second were clear to see.

I played around with the exposure, contrast, gamma, and other settings manually to bring it as close to par as possible to the Nexigo, but the Nexigo was still superior.

The Nexigo webcam is sharp, well balanced, features an articulated joint from the base to allow for increased positioning, and it has a privacy filter. The exposure can often freak out but with any camera, I would implore you to adjust most settings to suit your environment.

This webcam works well and has decent video quality and it also has decent audio quality. I think the nicest thing about it is that it focuses and makes light balance adjustments really quickly. It is 60fps so it also looks more smooth and not so laggy like other webcams.

Conclusion

Hard to beat these features at this price. For $60 you get a solid wide-angle (90 degrees), smooth and sharp camera (1080p and 60fps) with autofocus, and a privacy cover for when you aren’t using it. In terms of value, this is certainly hard to beat from the likes of better-known brands such as Logitech though I can’t say how the support is since I haven’t had any issues whatsoever with this product so far. I suggest giving this webcam a try as the specs seem compatible with the price.
