Two Minute review- Logitech C270 Webcam:

Live chat webcam HD720P Logitech C270 webcam is a premium line integrating the most modern functions today. The product is equipped with a light sensor combining face detection to support taking photos and video calling with HD720p quality. Users can flexibly rotate the camera 360 degrees to suit the purpose of use. Logitech C270 Webcam delivers realistic sound quality, sharp images, and many advanced features.

Logitech C270 Review:

Widely compatible, Logitech C270 drivers can be used with any laptops, LCD monitors, desktops, or tripods. Compatible with WinXP/Vista/Win7/Win8/Win10 and other operating systems and supports major live broadcast platforms

Logitech C270 setup: It can be mounted on your monitor at various angles. Logitech C270 was easy to adjust as needed but can be a bit flimsy if you tug the cable by mistake. You should tie your cable down in the back and give it a little slack in case it needs to be moved around.

For feeling secure, the Logitech C270 drivers have 2 lights on either side that light up when the camera is being used

Logitech C270 setup with the computer:

If you want to take advantage of all the webcam’s features and/or gain access to the more advanced settings it has to offer, you must install the Logitech C270 Software. The software lets you capture images or record videos, manage and share these media files, schedule recording tasks, adjust image settings like exposure, brightness, contrast, or colors, and so on.

Logitech C270 review & test:

Logitech C270 at Amazon for $29.99

Logitech C270 Software resolution up to 720 support at 30fps. Insufficient lighting, the video is actually quite good. We’d say it’s a tad less grainy than a smartphone’s video, although there is some artificial smoothing (which can probably be disabled in the software). The webcam doesn’t have a wide-angle lens, so you’ll be the only one in the frame.

Interestingly, the sound quality from the built-in mic was genuinely brilliant sounding. Very clear, and one of the better microphones we’ve used for Skype calls

Logitech C270 review:

If you intend to use a webcam for streaming, you might want a webcam with a high-quality image. With the currently reduced price, the Logitech C270 is a good choice. But if you’re prepared to spend more, the NexiGo 60FPS Webcam offers the same specs as the Logitech C270 and more.

Another option is the Victure Sc50 Webcam which you can buy for $ 29.99 for up to 30% sale on amazon and offers similar specs.

With all the China Virus junk going on and with her school shut down for the rest of the year, I thought she needed a better camera for all her ZOOM and other internet meetings so I researched this “Logitech C270 Desktop or Laptop Webcam, HD 720p Widescreen for Video Calling and Recording” along with several other cameras to see what I thought she could use. This one was fairly well approved by my fellow reviewers so I chose it. Despite any reviews that said it was difficult to install, I had zero issues with a seamless installation. The quality is good and all the quoted features are present and operable. I think it is a good unit and my wife is very pleased with it. Would definitely buy it again and recommend it to others seeking a relatively inexpensive solution for having very good participation in ZOOM meetings.

Logitech C270 webcam will do its intended job decently, but the video will be better than the audio. If you don’t have $100 to spend, it’s a decent option. If you do webconferencing regularly for business, and if you can afford a Logitech C920e camera for $100, We’d suggest going that route. If you use it for family and friends, this will work.
